Weigh in #4

198.6 means I lost 2.2 lbs. My net loss is over 10 lbs since the program started 3 weeks ago! I am not sure if my progress is trailing off or if being sick with bronchitis last week (which is still clearing up) and only being able to run 5 times (and lots of sitting around) had something to do with it. I'm feeling much better now though and am aiming to be aggressive this week.

to be honest it's kind of been falling off. the hunger went away after the first week and now I can pretty comfortably eat as little as I want. And working out feels great; I'm kind of getting addicted to running, except for my knees (see current post).
