Bad news this week, netizens: I gained 2 lbs. I attribute this tragedy to two factors:
1. I was feeling run-down after exercising hard for a month and dieting, so I allowed myself two cans of tuna at lunch instead of one. This means that I most likely put on some muscle mass.
2. I did kind of bad over the weekend, consuming copious amounts of beer and, though not snacking, I did have large meals.
This week I have renewed vigor! I have been an exercising maniac. Perhaps the protein helped. I will keep you updated, as usual. I have lost last week's battle, but I am surely not done fighting the war.
