Electricity

Malaysia's electric power grid operates at a single-phase of 240 Volts fluctuating at 50 Hertz. Wall outlets use British Standard 1363 plugs, which unlike most plugs around the world, must have fuses built in. I still have to buy a power adapter/converter, which is why I bothered to dig up this information. I doubt Bob Vila even knew this! Wait, who am I kidding: he probably designed British Standard 1363.
