Just a photo update this time, all shot in the back marsh area of the Alticor campus. This was back when the snow was still melting- today it's raining and thundering to beat the band.
They have birdhouses to attract the local wildlife.
This one is actually in the middle of the frozen pond. The bridge is above water in the summer and a great place to take a digestive constitutional after lunch (nnnyes).
I love how there's a faucet in the middle of the woods and a rusted sign next to it that says "DANGER - DO NOT DRINK THE WATER".
Lots of trees on campus back here.
This one seemed straight out of Lord of the Rings or something. The secret, magical places of nature, I guess.
Shane was also capturing the moment.
And I saved my favorite for last. It's some kind of gas pipe marker I think.

also, number 3 is pretty not bad, and number 5 is quite nice.
i stared at the first picture for a bit. i want an ice cream sandwich now. hmm...
