Tone curves that is. I've begun messing with the tone curve, even though it increases photo post-processing time by a significant amount. You can get some really great effects in addition to some practical tunings. This is the original, without any processing.
And with a sine-curve shape to the red and green channels:
Ok, that might be a little over the top, but I've laid off the improbable effects for a while so I hope you won't mind suffering it, just this once.
I took 184 photos today, probably a new personal record. I haven't gotten through all the RAWs yet though: it will take a while. Look forward (or not, suit yourself) to a trickle of photos over the next few days.
